Herrenstolz
German Shepherds Kennel was established in 1967. Eleanor Wetgen, the
owner and operator at Herrenstolz has been breeding German shepherd dogs
for 40+ years.
Over
the years, we at Herrenstolz have purposely kept our operation small
and focused on quality. Our kennels are located in a beautiful country
setting with creeks, trees, many acres of grass fields, and plenty of
room for the dogs to run.
At Herrenstolz, we specialize in producing puppies with excellent temperaments and working ability.
All
breeding stock has been x-rayed and certified with the OFA (Orthopedic
Foundation for Animals) for hips and elbows. All animals are also AKC
(American Kennel Club) registered. Puppies from our kennels are
guaranteed to have good bones and excellent temperaments.
At
Herrenstolz, we produce about four select litters each year from some
of the top German bloodlines. These litters are bred carefully and for a
purpose. We love GSDs and do everything we can to maintain the
